  1. Go to any crowded places. No parties, gatherings, office or using public transportation.
  2. Non-essential travel, cultural activities or religious gatherings.
  3. Touching dirty or public surfaces like table-tops, railings, door handles etc.
  4. Touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
  5. Shaking hands and hugging.
  6. Re-use a mask after 6-8 hours.
  7. Spread misinformation on social media.
  8. Panic. Keep your calm and follow Government & WHO directions.


  1. Wash hands for 20 seconds regularly.
  2. Wash hands before or after food.
  3. Be very careful about the food you are eating. Avoid street food.
  4. Use hand sanitizer whenever possible.
  5. Wear a mask if stepping outside.
  6. Change clothes as soon as you reach home.
  7. Practise social distancing.
  8. Keep your home clean and disinfected.
  9. Stay updated on the latest Covid-19 related updates.

  5. Quarantine yourself at home for 14 days after reaching your destination.

  7. Maintain distance while in groups.
  8. Use disinfectant wipes to clean surfaces, if possible.
  9. Consult a doctor immediately if you notice Covid-19 symptoms.
